P-303 From 2012 to 2018: Seven years' analysis of NETs, the experience of the Mohamed VI University Hospital center in Marrakech

Neuroendocrine tumors are a specific tumor entity because of its rarity (they represent 1% all digestive tumors) and heterogeneity both clinical biological. The purpose our work was to describe the diagnostic therapeutic management neuroendocrine at hematology oncology center Mohamed VI University Hospital Marrakech, through serie 53 cases. This is retrospective study files patients followed in medical visceral surgery departments CHU Marrakech. spread over period 7 years from January 2012 December 2018. Our were divided into 32 women (60%), 21 men (40%) with sex ratio 0.65. average age discovery 54.12 (16-88). group> 60 most affected. majority cases (58%) corresponded well-differentiated NETs according OMS 2010 classification, poorly differentiated CNEs accounting for 38%. found be an advanced stage (51%), extension assessment hepatic metastases 39.6% loco-regional patients. Pancreatic localization common (30.2%), by hail (20.7%); Stomach (7.5%), ileocecal location (5.6%), rectal 5.6%. 50.9% underwent surgical excision their primary 5.7% palliative surgery. Metastasectomy performed single patient secondary localization.
